The Six Sigma Snapshots program provides the highest level overview of Six Sigma. This is the 60,000 foot view of Six Sigma if you will, covering the nature, purpose and drivers of Six Sigma.
If you are looking for the shortest program to inform the general population as to what Six Sigma is and does for a company, this could be just what you are looking for. Dr. Harry touches on analytical tools related to the practice of Six Sigma as well as the deployment roles typically utilized and how they tie to business focused projects.
